Sales invoices
Create and send your clients' invoices, collect online, handle credit notes: the accounting writes itself.
Invoices produced in TeeBooks are issued in the name of the file's client (their logo, their contact details, their GST/QST numbers). Every validated invoice automatically creates its journal entry: sales, taxes payable, accounts receivable.
Create and send an invoice
- 1Open Sales invoices and click New invoice.
- 2Pick the invoiced customer (your client's own customer) and add the lines: catalog products prefill with prices and taxes.
- 3Validate the invoice: the number is assigned and the entry is posted.
- 4Send it by email: the recipient gets a viewing link and, if you want, an online payment button.
Collections and follow-up
- Record a payment received (cash, transfer, online) right on the invoice.
- Issue a credit note to cancel or correct an invoice in whole or in part.
- The Accounts receivable page lists who owes what, with aging (30, 60, 90 days).
- Customize the invoice look (logo, colors) under Invoice branding.
Pair this with automatic reminders and recurring invoices so collections run without you.
