The month-end close
The Month-end close page walks the end-of-period routine as an ordered list: bank transactions all categorized, reconciliations finished, taxes filed, anomalies resolved. Each item links straight to the page where you act, and the month locks once the list is green.
Reports
- General ledger, Trial balance and Financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) export to PDF with the firm's branding.
- Detailed reports (breakdowns, period comparisons) come with the Plus plan.
- At year end, the TeeBooks trial balance exports straight to TeeTax for the compilation engagement: see Import the trial balance.
Deadlines
The deadlines page tracks the dates not to miss for each client: tax remittances, instalments, filings. Upcoming deadlines also surface on the dashboard and, if you enable it, on the client's portal.
